According to Sytropin manufacturers, they produce a revolutionary supplement that is supposed to increase lean muscle mass, decrease body fat and decrease your weight.
As a dietary supplement, Sytropin is not regulated by the FDA. It does not need a prescription and you do not need to see a doctor.
Sytropin is an oral HGH spray, which makes it different from many of the other HGH supplements on the market. Because it is a spray, the active ingredients are quickly absorbed into the bloodstream avoiding the stomach all together. When these ingredients are released into the bloodstream, the pituitary gland will increase production of HGH.
There are a number of HGH supplements that can be purchased legally. Sytropin is one of those HGH supplements, but it is unique in that it is an oral spray.
According to a recent report in the Chicago Tribune the number of US teens that are using synthetic HGH has more than doubled from 2012 to 2013.
Increasing your HGH levels has a real benefit to your overall health and well being. HGH or human growth hormone is produced in the pituitary gland and it is responsible for many things in your body, including growth, lean muscle mass, etc. Read more on HGH benefits here.

Energy Bars for the Serious Athlete
If you are a serious athlete you already know how important nutrition is to your overall fitness level. After all, you need to keep the fires burning if you are going to build a fit body. But every day we hear about new energy drinks and energy bars to help maximize a workout and improve performance. The problem is deciphering which are bad, okay, and great.
Many of the experts believe that the food you put in your body should be whole foods. So what does that mean for all of these energy bars? It means you will want to avoid those that are packed with sugar and look for those energy bars that are the least processed. In fact, you might be surprised t also learn how easy it is to make your own energy bars.
Preworkout
Eat a bar with approx. 35 to 45 grams of carbs an hour before your strength or cardio workout to boost your energy. Check the labels carefully and if they have more than 10 grams of protein, 5 grams of fiber, or 4 grams of fat avoid in your preworkout as they can slow our digestion.
Postworkout
If you only eat energy bars occasionally, do it- within
30-minutes of exercising. This is when your body requires the
correct mix of carbs and protein so that it can properly recover.
The recommended amount of protein is at least 20 grams with half the
grams of carbs as your weight in pounds after cardio or strength
training. For example, if you weight 200 pounds look for 100 grams
of carbs. Look for whey protein because the completed studies show
muscle recovery is best with this protein.
Weight Loss
A good energy bar for weight loss is low in sugar and calories, while high fiber and at least 10 grams of protein. Have an energy bar between meals or after dinner to reduce dessert cravings.
Meal Replacement
For an energy bar to be a meal replacement it must have at least
300 calories with plenty of protein, carbs and fat. While an energy
bar for lunch is better than grabbing a donut, the best solution is
a well balanced meal.
Snack
The best snacks that you can eat are fresh fruits and vegetables and nuts, but it’s okay to use an energy bar occasionally. It’s still a better choice than a chocolate bar or a bag of chips. Always keep an eye on the calories. It shouldn’t be much more than a 100 calories.
Reading the Energy Bar Label
Many bars are packed with artificial sweetener, high-fructose corn syrup, coloring, artificial flavorings, preservatives, additives, etc. Try to choose a bar that does not contain all of these things. Avoid anything "hydrogenated. “ If you are going to eat energy bars read the labels and know what you are eating. Find the most natural bars possible or make your own.
